In April 2026, Innovative Technology Corporation (InnoTech), in collaboration with its partner EQUI and ACB Securities Company Limited (ACBS), successfully went live with its Fixed-Income Trading Platform, marking a significant milestone in the modernization of technology infrastructure and the development of the fixed-income ecosystem within Vietnam’s financial market.

The platform provides comprehensive support for the end-to-end business processes involved in managing and distributing fixed-income products for financial institutions, including securities firms and banks. Key functionalities cover issuance management, product structuring, primary and secondary market trading, portfolio management, custody, settlement, reconciliation, and lifecycle event management such as coupon payments, early redemption, and maturity processing.

A key differentiator of the platform is its strategic design as a Fixed-Income Trading Platform rather than a standalone bond trading solution. Developed by InnoTech and EQUI, the platform enables ACBS to progressively expand into a broader range of fixed-income investment products, including certificates of deposit (CDs), deposit contracts, structured products, and wealth management solutions, supporting the firm's long-term growth and product diversification strategy.

Built on a modern microservices architecture with a highly modular design, the platform allows financial institutions to seamlessly extend functionalities, integrate with existing systems through open APIs, and adapt efficiently to evolving business requirements.
