Recently, InnoTech collaborated with TMG Solutions to implement a Certificate of Deposit (CD) trading solution at OCB Bank. This solution helps OCB optimize operational processes, enhance management efficiency, and minimize risks, while also providing convenience for customers when buying and selling CDs at the bank. The solution includes the following key features:

• Issuance of certificates of deposit
• Buying and selling certificates of deposit with a market maker
• Posting buy and sell orders for certificates of deposit
• Contracts and ownership certificates for CDs
• Certificate management
• Automatic settlement / early settlement

The system is provided with both back-end and front-end components on web and mobile platforms, featuring a user-friendly interface that allows customers to perform transactions quickly and securely. Additionally, the system integrates with the bank’s authentication processes, ensuring that customer transaction and asset information is always maximally protected.

One of the standout features is process automation, which minimizes manual processing time and optimizes bank resources. Furthermore, the system supports multiple transaction methods, from direct over-the-counter transactions to online transactions via the bank’s application, providing flexibility for users.
