Recently, InnoTech built and redecorated its new office at a prime location on Vo Van Kiet Street, facing the Saigon River and next to the state bank. The new workspace is in a French colonial building, designed with an open layout, high ceilings, and plenty of greenery, allowing employees to feel more comfortable and creative, thereby enhancing work productivity and the quality of services provided to customers.
The new office design also supports software product development following the Agile model at InnoTech. The Agile methodology is a philosophy based on two principles: iterative cycles and incremental growth. Accordingly, every action must focus on people, build interactive and supportive relationships, and foster team spirit. It encourages capable, proactive members to assist others, improving the overall productivity of the project.
