InnoTech Activates Remote Work Scenario During Covid Pandemic

In accordance with the directive requiring nationwide social distancing for 15 days starting from 0:00 on April 1, 2020, by the Prime Minister, all InnoTech employees worked in rotating online-offline shifts at the office. The company’s regulation at that time limited the office occupancy to no more than 20 people. However, InnoTech also prepared a scenario to maintain system stability and seamless service for clients in case 100% of employees had to work remotely if the pandemic situation worsened.

Prior to this, InnoTech provided hand sanitizer and face masks for employees and visitors. Employees also received guidance on effective remote work, along with company regulations regarding attendance, check-ins, strict reporting at the start and end of each day, online interactions, and team meeting software to ensure assigned tasks were completed.

The outbreak of Covid-19 coincided with a sudden surge in stock market transactions. The fact that InnoTech employees strictly followed social distancing regulations while ensuring clients’ systems remained fully operational demonstrates that InnoTech always has effective plans ready to maintain the company’s business operations as well as clients’ activities seamlessly.
